3 Yolks
50g Whipping cream

Instructions

To make the tart skin - combine the sugar, salt and flour in a bowl. Cut in butter and add water until the dough starts to come together. Wrap in plastic, then refrigerate for 30 minutes

1.Greese all mould with butter before use. Divide pastry into small portion and shape into mould.

2.Half bake the tarts in preheated oven at 180deg C for about 10-15 minutes.

3To make cream cheese filling, beat cream cheese and caster sugar until soft and smooth. Add in the egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Spoon some filling (blueberry) into half-baked tarts. Top with some cream cheese.

Top a little blueberry on cream cheese and use a toothpick to draw marble pattern on it. Bake in oven at 180deg C for another 10-15minutes.
